The value for money at Arenal Roca Suites was excellent, and the room was comfortable with amazing views of the Arenal volcano. The location was wonderful, isolated yet close to Mistico park, and the staff, especially Esteban and his family, were friendly and went above and beyond to assist us.

The breakfast option could be improved with more variety and special dishes.

The view of the surrounding nature was breathtaking and we enjoyed the privacy of the location. The jacuzzi was a great addition, allowing us to relax and take in the beautiful scenery. the continental breakfast provided was a nice touch, with a good selection of juice, fruit, toast, and crackers.

The WiFi connection was extremely poor, making it difficult to stay connected and communicate with the outside world. We also encountered some maintenance issues, such as loose knobs, water tabs, and non-functioning lights.

I absolutely loved the charming traditional decoration of this lovely hotel. The colorful textiles, beautiful artwork, and rustic furniture created a warm and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were also well-maintained and spacious, making it easy for me to navigate and relax. Plus, the hotel had ramps and handrails in place, which made it very accessible for senior people like myself.

If only the children working there could provide a wider selection of activities tailored specifically for senior guests.

The view of the volcano and gardens from the window was pure magic - out of this world! The porch provided the perfect spot to take in the picturesque scenery. Esteban took care of our needs so sweetly. Basic breakfast was delivered in the morning, and we enjoyed cooking our own meals at the property.

During our two-week stay, Arenal Roca Suites turned out to be the best accommodation out of the six we experienced. The room offered an extraordinary view of the volcano, and the neighborhood was cozy and peaceful. We loved the fact that the place was easily accessible by car, yet far from the noise of the city. The highlight for us was being able to observe many small birds directly from the terrace. The views were absolutely spectacular, and the wildlife was all around us. The unit itself was very comfortable, and the bedroom was perfectly situated to take advantage of the stunning view of Volcán Arenal. We had an enjoyable stay here and would highly recommend Arenal Roca Suites.

The cabins were clean and comfortable, with modern amenities and a great view of the volcano. The Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was a nice touch, allowing us to relax while enjoying the scenery. The small kitchenette was handy for preparing meals. The property was peaceful and quiet, with only the sounds of nature surrounding us.

The road leading to the hotel was treacherous, definitely not suitable for small hire cars. We ended up with a flat tire and had to rely on the help of another guest who had a car jack.

The peacefulness of the surroundings, with only the sounds of the jungle, adds to the tranquility of the stay.
