The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful mountains and cool, relaxing mountain air. the tour guide, Genaro, was exceptional, going above and beyond to make our horseback riding and national park hike a truly memorable experience. the manager, David, was extremely helpful and even personally drove us to our next destination, which was about 45 minutes away.

One minor drawback was that there was no WiFi in the rooms, but it wasn't too big of a deal. the hotel wasn't super close to the main park ranger stations, so we had to take a taxi which cost about $30 each way.

The facility is secluded and sprawling with a unique hillside location. The on-site restaurant serves delicious food, including a fantastic breakfast. The lovely flora and garden-like ambiance create an enjoyable atmosphere. The front porch with rocking chairs and a hammock provides a great place to relax. The cool breeze and stunning sunset enhance the overall experience. The highlight of the stay is the incredible starry night sky.

We had a delightful stay at Rinconcito Lodge in Hacienda Santa Maria. The grounds were stunning with beautiful flowers and a inviting pool area. The rooms were clean and modern, and we loved relaxing in the hammocks. The restaurant offered delicious and fresh food, with plenty of healthy options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and there were many activities to enjoy, such as hiking trails and horseback riding. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a cozy hammock and rocking chairs. We loved the comfortable bed and had the best night's sleep during our romantic escape. the room was also very clean and had mosquito nets, allowing us to open the balcony doors without worrying about insects. the staff was friendly and provided us with helpful tips for local tours.

One downside was that the room was quite far from the reception and restaurant, requiring a bit of a hike. Another issue was that there was a minor miscommunication regarding the room we initially booked, which did not include AC and breakfast.

The location is very close to the Rincon de la Vieja National Park and offers lovely views of the nearby field with beautiful horses and the volcano. The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a variety of options, including scrambled eggs, pancakes, and fresh fruit. The staff is friendly and helpful, with excellent English-speaking skills.
