We had a wonderful stay at this place. The staff were fantastic - they were extremely helpful and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and the room was well equipped and beautifully decorated. The location was excellent, with everything within easy walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to everyone.

I had such a comfortable stay at this venue on my recent trip. The location is perfect as it's right in the heart of the action, making it easy to explore all the city center attractions. The service was truly top-notch, from the friendly staff on reception to the attentive housekeeping and room service. I loved the welcome drink, and all the little in-room amenities like the tea and coffee facilities and in-room safe really made my stay just that extra bit more special.

I would fully recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in this area. The staff were courteous, professional, and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable.

The rooms at Indigo York were beautifully decorated and provided a comfortable and quiet environment. The location was great, offering easy access to the city center and nearby facilities. The complimentary water and fridge in the room were nice touches. The staff, especially the lady in charge of breakfast, were welcoming and efficient. a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

One drawback was that the bar prices for drinks were a bit expensive. Additionally, the view from the room wasn't great, but with the stunning city of York just outside, it wasn't a major issue.

The room was fantastic with a king-sized bed, Nespresso coffee maker, and a rain shower that was pure bliss. The staff at check-in and in the restaurant were absolutely lovely. The location was excellent, only a short walk to the heart of the city and the famous Minster. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast offered a large variety of options, including a full English, vegan choices, and delicious pancakes. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and provided amenities such as air conditioning, a television, and ironing facilities. a great experience with all the necessary comforts.

It's close to the city walls and within walking distance of great eating places. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was cooked fresh and exactly as requested. the staff, cleanliness, and convenient location were the best aspects of my stay.

the hotel exceeded our expectations during our group visit. it was even better than our previous stay in york. the comfortable rooms, excellent shower, and friendly staff made our stay memorable. great value for the price.
