I recently had the most incredible experience at a resort in Costa Rica. The location was absolutely stunning, with rolling hills and farmland surrounding the property. I went on an amazing horse ride on the resort's property, which allowed me to take in the breathtaking views. The room I stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a luxurious bathroom that had all the amenities I needed. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were friendly, knowledgeable and always went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious food, and I enjoyed it while admiring the mesmerizing view from the Falcon's nest on the hill. The resort also had fantastic facilities, including a swim-up bar, hot springs, and a variety of restaurants to choose from.

That some of the bartenders seemed disengaged and the front desk excursion staff appeared too busy at times.

Amazing Experience at The Springs!

We had an incredible time during our stay at The Springs Resort and Spa. The property was well-maintained and spotlessly clean, impressing us right from the start. We were pleasantly surprised by the freshness and quality of the food, especially at the sushi bar. Lunch there became a daily highlight for us. Our waiter, Maikol Salas, went above and beyond to make sure our meals were excellent and that we were enjoying ourselves. The fact that the sushi in the jungle was as good as it was, blew us away. The amenities and staff at The Springs truly exceeded our expectations, making it worth every penny. If you're looking for a unique and luxurious experience, this is the place for you!

With a car feeding and wild life sanctuary tour, guests can immerse themselves in the local environment. The hotel provides great customer service, ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience. There are plenty of activities to enjoy, including tubing on the river, horseback riding, and rock climbing. Guests can also relax by the water, soak in secret natural pools, and visit animal habitats. The rooms are comfortable and offer beautiful views of the surrounding area.

The food offerings could be improved with a wider selection and higher quality options.

Amazing resort with exceptional service, stunning views of a majestic volcano, and multiple natural hot springs to choose from. Luxurious and spacious rooms with balconies and hammocks to relax in. Delicious cocktails and mouth-watering dinner. A perfect place to recharge and unwind.

We had an amazing stay at Springs Resort & Spa in Arenal. The views were incredible, the hot springs were relaxing, and there were plenty of on-and-offsite activities to keep us entertained. The staff, including Pablo, Gerald, Dixon, and Jose Antonio, were exceptional and made our trip memorable. They were friendly, helpful, and even taught us a bit of Spanish. The bagels at the restaurants were also a favorite of ours. we couldn't fault anything about our experience.

Our room had breathtaking views of the Arenal Volcano and surrounding forests. We enjoyed the hot springs and can confirm that the outdoor pool bar does serve fantastic food and drinks. we recommend staying at Springs Resort & Spa for a relaxing getaway.

This luxury hotel exceeded our expectations with its exclusive amenities and exceptional customer service. The Spa & wellness center made for a rejuvenating stay, while the outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and sun terrace provided ample opportunities for relaxation. The massage we received at the Spa center was one of the best we've ever had. The hotel's private facilities, such as the BBQ facilities and outdoor dining area, allowed for a memorable dining experience.

The only minor drawback was the distance from the town, which required a $35-$40 roundtrip to access. However, the hotel's location, tucked away in nature, added to the tranquil ambiance.

Traveling with my family, we stayed at this beautiful resort for a few nights and it was truly a magnificent experience. The pools and views were absolutely amazing, and our kids had a blast in the game room and putt putt area. The staff were friendly and helpful, making it easy for us to organize transportation. The hot spring variety and quantity were exceptional, and we were impressed with the level of professional and cheerful service from the moment we arrived. We plan on returning to this resort for a longer stay in the future.
