My recent leisure stay at an adults-only hotel was fantastic. the property was impressively clean, and the diligent cleaning staff maintained its pristine condition. the friendly and helpful staff added a warm touch to the exceptional service. the beautiful grounds and perfect beach provided a stunning setting for memorable sunsets. the complimentary fun activities were a bonus, and dining at the fancy restaurant was a delightful experience. the unique red flag system for poolside service was convenient, and the daily restocking of room fridges was a thoughtful gesture. Discovering the hidden hot tub behind the diving pool was a serene surprise.

Couples in Negril is amazing! the grounds are beautiful with a perfect beach for lovely sunsets. Enjoy fun free activities and delicious dining at the fancy restaurant. Get your order taken by raising a red flag at the pool/beach. Rooms are restocked daily, and there are hidden hot tubs to discover. Don't forget to bring your 'stanly cup' for drinks at the bar.

I keep returning for a romantic escape. At my first stay, the staff helped with parking. Perfect fit for me , Wi, Fi, 24, hour reception. No pets, non, smoking, and every comfort in one spot.

Great location right on the beach with crystal clear water for swimming and water sports. The all-inclusive package offered a variety of food options for all meals, and drinks were free-flowing. The nightly entertainment was fun and engaging.

The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, which put a damper on the overall experience. The hotel was outdated, and some areas were in need of a makeover. The other guests were rowdy and disruptive, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxing vacation.

Well-maintained facility, friendly and helpful staff. Repeat customers show the hotel's success. Nicer beach with trees, closer facilities. All chairs have pads here. Building 2 garden view room is worth it. Central location in navigable Negril. Hospitality was extraordinary for New Year's Eve party. Great amenities, especially Lychee Restaurant. Smaller size allows for a sense of community. Beautiful property, clean rooms, up-to-date. SCUBA shop was excellent.
