What really impressed us was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, the reception personnel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The restaurant staff was also very attentive, making sure we had a delicious dinner and even surprising us with some complimentary cake. We also appreciated the support they provided in accommodating our kids' food allergies.

The spacious and clean rooms at this hotel were truly impressive. I particularly loved the modern design and the comfortable sofa and table in the room. The restaurant exceeded my expectations with its delicious food and the super friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and overall pleasant experience.

Great breakfast and very clean room. Good value for money. The breakfast had a wide range of options and everything was fresh and delicious. The room was well-maintained and very clean. The location of the hotel was convenient for me, it was close to the city center and to public transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations on things to do in the area.

The mattress was uncomfortable and the WiFi was spotty at times. The mattress was too firm for my preference and it affected my sleep quality.
