Fir Tree Barn in Pollington was an amazing value for the money. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The location was peaceful and the staff, particularly Ian, was friendly and communicative. We loved our stay and highly recommend it.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast even better would be more variety in the morning options.

The room had a lovely terrace where I could relax and enjoy the views. The location was also perfect, making it easy for me to access lots of places.

We had a wonderful stay at Fir Tree Barn Bed & Breakfast. the facilities were lovely, and the location was peaceful. We particularly loved the communal kitchen area, which had a guest fridge and freezer, allowing us to prep our own meals. the breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. Our room had a little balcony, and we wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more. the proximity to York Park and Ride was so convenient. Ian provided a friendly welcome and personally spoke to us about the services and site. a great experience!

We had a wonderful stay at a charming B&B. The warm welcome and comfortable bedroom with an en-suite shower room made us feel right at home. The beautiful location with views of fields and cows added to the peaceful atmosphere. The plentiful and safe parking was a bonus. Having our own use of the kitchen for breakfast and evening meals was convenient. Thanks to Ian for being such a great host. We hope to return when we're in the area again.

The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed. the access to a shared kitchen was a great bonus, allowing us to make our own tea and coffee, as well as eat takeaways if we wanted to. the gated parking provided a sense of security for our vehicle.

While not a major issue, it would have been nice to have a traditional breakfast served instead of a breakfast bag. the lack of breakfast service may be inconvenient for some guests who prefer a ready-made meal in the morning.

This countryside hotel was an unexpected pleasure! the place is spotless, with modern furniture and fittings and great attention to detail. the continental breakfast offered a good range of fresh produce, including tea, coffee, and milk, unlike other hotels where you can only find powdered milk options. the location is great! It is easy to find and offers secure gated parking, which is always a plus.

The ventilation in the room was not ideal; it was difficult to open windows at night and let the fresh air in.
