The hotel staff provided top-notch service, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From car hire to laundry services, they took care of every little detail. The room was beautifully appointed with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The soundproofed rooms allowed for a peaceful night's sleep and the air conditioning was a welcome relief from the heat. Plus, the in-room breakfast was a delightful way to start the day, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. this place truly provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The location in the Old Town was absolutely perfect, allowing us to easily explore all the attractions and sights. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing us with a variety of amenities such as a soundproofed room and air conditioning, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were also impressed with the hotel's attention to detail, from the beautifully decorated rooms to the comfortable bed and fluffy towels. The breakfast choices were delicious and delivered to our room on time, giving us a great start to our day. we couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this incredible destination.

Loved the complimentary breakfast options, fluffy towels, spacious living area with Netflix, comfy bed, quality coffee pods and tea – and it was so clean! The host greeted us and spent some time helping us navigate around the city. Great location in the centre of Old Town too. Can't recommend this place enough for a Dubrovnik stay.

The location couldn't be better! The hotel is right in the center of the enchanting old town, offering stunning views over the main and side streets. Secondly, the room itself is beautifully decorated with high-end finishes and a comfortable bed. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations and assistance throughout our stay.

The room we stayed in was fantastic! It was equipped with everything we needed, including an iron, coffee maker, kettle, mini bar, hair dryer and straightness. Breakfast in bed was a lovely touch, and we had a lot of options to choose from. the location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the old town. We also loved the view from our room, which was amazing.

There were a lot of stairs to get to our room, but thankfully there was a luggage lift. we had a fantastic time and would definitely consider staying there again.

During our stay at Bota Palace, we were impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the property. The location was perfect, right on the main street, and yet surprisingly quiet. The breakfast served by the lovely lady was delicious, with a variety of options including local vegetables and eggs. The hosts, Petra and Daniela, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Bota Palace exceeded our expectations and provided a wonderful experience.
