The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Nadav and Sonia. The location was great, close to bars, restaurants, and a bus stop. The rooftop restaurant had a nice view and the breakfast at the cafe was enjoyable.

Check-in took a long time and the room we were given was small without a balcony. The hotel had a strong, unpleasant room-refreshener smell throughout.
