I really enjoyed my stay here. the location was fantastic - nestled in a wooded area and within walking distance to the national park. Secondly, the service here was top-notch. The staff were always there to help with room service, tours/ticket assistance, and shuttle service. Finally, the amenities were great too, with the sauna and jacuzzi being particular highlights. I would highly recommend this place for anyone staying in the area.

The complementary sauna and hot tub were amazing. the off-road tour of the surrounding area was also really cool. the location was key, just a short drive from the park. the view from the room was breathtaking and we enjoyed every minute of it.

One of the drawbacks was the food, it was not very tasty. Another thing that could be improved is the customer service at the reception desk.

our stay at the resort was beyond amazing. the individual chalet was a delightful surprise and the room was lovely with a kitchenette. the location was beautiful, close to viewpoints of the main waterfalls. the staff were friendly and the private use of the hot tub and sauna was a highlight.

Located next to the park, Fenomen Plitvice offers the perfect retreat after a long hike. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette for convenience. The friendly staff is always responsive and helpful, answering any questions you may have. The breakfast is excellent, with a great selection that includes delicious coffee. The location is also ideal, just a short distance from the ferry that takes you across the lake, offering stunning views of the waterfall.

Although the hotel offers a plunger in the room, they only provide instant coffee, which may be a letdown for coffee enthusiasts.

the apartments were brand new and well equipped. It was a unique hotel set in a stunning national park. the peacefulness of the location was a highlight for me. the rooms were fantastic, easily the best value for money during my trip. They were spacious, modern, clean, and warm. the resort itself was extremely quiet, making it feel like you were alone in the woods. the breakfast was amazing and the evening meal was also really good. the staff were friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this resort.

Stayed one night, wish longer. Bucolic village ambiance. Spacious, beautiful rooms. Cozy fireplace, sauna, hot tub. Delicious food, attentive staff.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a fantastic time at the beautiful little wooden houses resort, just a few minutes' walk from the Great Waterfall viewpoint. the suite was clean and warm, and the 1-hour private spa area was incredibly relaxing. the staff were helpful and kind, and the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious. We particularly loved the basa ravioli! the resort is located in the heart of Plitvice, one of the most amazing natural wonders in the world. We can't wait to visit again soon!

We stayed at a lovely holiday park while exploring Plitvicka National Park. Unfortunately, we had an accident on a quad bike. The staff, especially Anita, were exceptional in helping us through this difficult situation. The park itself was clean and had great facilities. Would love to return someday! I highly recommend this hotel.
