I recently stayed at a hotel in the old town, just steps away from the cathedral. The location couldn't have been better - right in the center of the city, close to all the attractions. It was so convenient to be able to explore the pedestrian streets and easily access a taxi stand when needed. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and great service from the staff. I also enjoyed the free snacks and drinks available in the lobby area. it was a fantastic experience.

The location couldn't have been better, situated on a charming pedestrian street just a stone's throw away from the magnificent cathedral. Secondly, the rooms were well-appointed with all the basic amenities I needed, and I loved that I could enjoy the fresh air by opening the windows. Lastly, the breakfast offered a great variety of options to start the day off right.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and were always friendly and helpful. The rooms were well-equipped with all the basic amenities I needed, including a double bed and a bunk bed for extra guests. The highlight for me was the rooftop terrace offering stunning views of the cathedral. A definite plus point.

During my Xmas trip, I appreciated the complimentary pantry that provided cool drinks, hot beverages, and snacks, as well as the hotel staff's empathy and help. the location was perfect for exploring the historic district and its cultural offerings. the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and made my stay even more comfortable.

One negative aspect was the noise disturbance from outside, such as loud music and street processions that lasted all night, and the lack of a functioning air conditioner, which made sleeping difficult despite the cool December temperatures. the language barrier with the staff proved to be challenging when addressing issues, as communication was difficult at times.
