The hotel offered exceptional cleanliness, with well-maintained facilities. We had convenient parking options available to us. Transportation was a breeze, as the hotel is ideally located directly across from a stunning beach on the Dalmatian coast and just a short Uber ride away from downtown. This made our stay relaxing, easy, and comfortable. The added bonus of sea views from the restaurant made for a delightful dining experience. Additionally, the breakfast provided plenty of options and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Clean, modern building with underground parking. Beach just a short walk away. Friendly and helpful staff, allowed us to store luggage and use facilities after check out. Delicious breakfast and dinner options at the restaurant.

I had a fantastic view from my room, which was immaculate, comfortable, and well-equipped. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make my stay easy and successful. The indoor pool and small gym were very good, and the morning breakfast was excellent. The hotel's restaurant was outstanding, with fantastic waiters and amazing food. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, amenities, and exceptional service.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is fantastic, right by the beach in a lovely area. The hotel itself offers a wide range of amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a mini-bar, balcony, and in-room safe. The staff from the receptionist to the waiters are incredibly friendly and provide excellent service. The on-site restaurant offers a delicious buffet breakfast and a variety of dining options. this hotel provides a luxurious and comfortable experience.

We loved the location of the hotel, right by the beach in a lovely area called Znjan. It was so convenient to have the beach right across from the hotel, and we even took a ferry from there to explore the beautiful town of Hvar. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had a great view from our big balcony. The staff were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and we enjoyed dining at the hotel's restaurant.

The equipment was not in the best condition, and it was not a pleasant environment for a workout.

A great escape! the location is perfect, just a stroll from the sandy beach and restaurants. the room is spacious and clean with a comfy bed. the staff were friendly and attentive, either offering free champagne on arrival or welcoming them into their family with excellent service and attention in the dining room. the pool, sauna and hot tub were also a major plus.

There is some building work going on in the area, but it didn't cause any disturbance at the hotel. the hotel is a bit further out of town, but the 1-hour walk along the coast is worth the effort if they want to explore the beaches and coastline on their way to the city.

had a perfect getaway in split, and the stay at Fanat was outstanding. the friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. loved the delicious and flexible lunches, and the spacious, well-appointed bedrooms with super comfy beds. also, the extensive free breakfast was a great way to start the day.

Noisy wedding party kept us up all night.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely boutique hotel right by the beach. The location was perfect, close to the sea and away from the busy center. It was easy to get to Split center by bus, with a stop just a short distance from the hotel. The staff at Fanat were incredibly kind and helpful, especially the reception team who provided us with valuable information about activities, restaurants, and parking tips. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and we enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep without any noise from the road or other rooms. The service at the hotel was top-notch, making us feel like we were staying in a five-star establishment. The food at the restaurant was also delicious, adding to our overall great experience.
