Spent xmas at a cozy hotel with friendly staff. the rooms were clean and had comfortable beds. the breakfast buffet was complimentary and filled with delicious choices. A wonderful perk was the free secured parking. the location was key, on the outskirts but still easy to reach the city center by taxi. A bonus was the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and forests from the balcony.

The lack of facilities, and the coldness of the room, which was not carpeted.

I had a wonderful stay at a nice and cozy family hotel with exceptional facilities. The air conditioning was perfect and I loved that I could open the windows if needed. The beds were comfortable and the Wi-Fi signal and speed were excellent. I also appreciated the big parking, as I was driving a big US van. The breakfast was good and the price was fair. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers.

Although the hotel was convenient for my needs, it was a bit far from the center of Zagreb. Additionally, the rooms were not carpeted, which made them a bit cold.

We had an amazing stay at a lovely and cozy family hotel. The location was convenient, allowing us to avoid the hassle of city traffic. The recently decorated rooms were posh and spacious, with comfortable beds and a balcony providing a beautiful view of the forest and mountains. The friendly staff provided excellent service, including a fast check-in and complimentary breakfast buffet. The hotel also offered a transfer from the airport, making our arrival convenient and stress-free.

The pillows were a bit too big and tall for our liking.
