We absolutely loved our stay at this place. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the Palace and waterfront. It allowed us to easily explore all the wonderful sites of the city and even walk to the harbor to take a boat to Hvar. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. They even organized special touches for our wedding and provided fresh towels and beach towels whenever we needed them. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff made us feel like VIPs and we couldn't be happier with the level of service we received.

I've stayed at the Royal Suites multiple times and it's truly a fantastic place to stay in. the location is unbeatable, offering absolute quietness while just a 5-minute walk away from Diocletian's Palace. the staff here is exceptional and always goes above and beyond to assist guests. During my last visit, a staff member stayed with us on the street, ensuring our well-being while we waited for a car to be delivered. They have also helped us with various tasks such as buying ferry tickets, recommending discount stores, and providing advice on travel plans. the rooms are extremely comfortable and the breakfasts are great. Among all the hotels I've stayed at in Croatia, the Royal Suites is the best all-around choice. I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

They even went above and beyond by making fresh eggs and pancakes for breakfast. the location was also fantastic, being just a short distance from the Marina and the Old Town. Additionally, the rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

One downside was that the hotel only accepted cash payments, which was inconvenient as we had to make multiple trips to the ATM. Another small issue was the lack of a place to hang beach towels to dry and the absence of tea and coffee in the room.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Split. The location was great, being right at the center and close to everything. It was in an excellent location and in walking distance to everything and great restaurants in the area. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom and a rain head shower head. The staff provided incredible service, helping me plan and book trips. The breakfast was delicious, with friendly staff offering to cook fresh pancakes and omelets. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, overlooking the city.

One small downside was that the in-room tea/coffee facilities were not available, but it was a minor inconvenience.
