We had a very pleasant stay at this luxurious hotel. Conveniently located near the motorways, it was easily accessible and well-connected to other parts of the city. We also appreciated the fact that there was a restaurant within walking distance, so we didn't have to go far for a delicious meal. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and amenities such as ironing facilities and air conditioning. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The location was perfect for our Easter getaway, close to shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and the price was affordable, especially considering the fact that breakfast was included. The breakfast offered a typical continental selection, which was well presented.

The hotel lacked basic amenities like power outlets in the room and there was no light over the desk, making it difficult to work. The heating couldn't be controlled from the room, so we had to call the reception every time we wanted to adjust the temperature. The staff wasn't very attentive to our needs and we had to wait several times for assistance. All in all, the hotel didn't live up to our expectations.
