The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were just steps away from the old town and all the attractions. It was also very convenient to have the PRIMO department store right beside the hotel, where we could do some shopping. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. The housekeeping service was excellent, and our room was always clean and tidy. We also appreciated the airport shuttle service, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. the hotel provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.

We would highly recommend this hotel to families.

The hotel offered two complementary items that made my stay more enjoyable. the location was perfect as it was in close proximity to the popular attractions and amenities, making it easy to get around. I really enjoyed the spacious room, which was a great bonus.

the noise from the nearby nightclub was extremely loud and kept me up until early hours of the morning. Finally, the bed pillows were not comfortable for a good night's sleep.

Our stay at Prima Life Spalato was a pleasant one. The location was fantastic, right in the center of Split which made it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere to relax in after a day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for breakfast and dinner options nearby. Additionally, the shower in our room was large and amazing, providing a luxurious experience. I would recommend this hotel for its good location and comfortable rooms.

I was initially surprised by the unique location of the hotel inside a shopping center, but once I entered the room, I was wowed! Everything was perfect, from the spacious and impeccably clean room to the well-organized bathroom with all the necessary amenities. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city on foot, with bars and the old town just across the street. Truly an amazing hotel!

While finding the hotel was a bit challenging as it is not clearly signposted, the receptionist was helpful in guiding me in. The room did not have windows, only a covered wall with a curtain, which was a bit unusual.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Split. the staff at Prima Life Spalato were incredibly friendly and helpful, recommending fantastic restaurants and even storing our luggage after check-out. the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the Palace perimeter with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, and the area felt very safe. a great experience!
