The AC was a lifesaver in the hot weather. It was easy to find tuktuks right outside the hotel. Room service was prompt and efficient.

The hotel description said there was a gym on site, but there wasn't one. there was a function room on the lower floors that had events every evening.

We have stayed at Ramada Encore three times a year and have always received excellent service. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the rooms are great. The food is delicious and our guests enjoyed the meals too.

The restaurant staff were accommodating and the food was tasty. It was close to the business center and the airport shuttle was convenient.

The receptionist was not helpful and made absurd requests. The accessible room had a poorly designed bathroom that made maneuvering difficult.
