I had the most comfortable and luxurious stay at this hotel. The staff were brilliant, always there to assist and make sure everything was perfect. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from all the main attractions and restaurants. The rooms were clean, quiet, and had excellent water pressure in the bathroom. The hotel offered enhanced services like airport transportation, and even provided maps and guidance on the best places to visit. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. This place truly made me feel at home.

The establishment was completely new and the room was spacious, clean, and modern. I particularly enjoyed the nice balcony where I could relax and take in the surroundings. The location was also fantastic, just a 10-minute walk to the center of Pula. Despite the slight inconvenience of the drains causing a smell in the bathroom, the staff were friendly and explained the issue was due to ocean water levels. The breakfast was decent, although it would have been nice to have some dark whole grain bread. considering the expensive prices in Pula, this accommodation offered great value for the money.

I had a great stay at City Center Accommodation in Pula. The hotel is just a short 5-7 minute walk from the city center, making it very convenient. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a balcony, extra couch, and refrigerator. The bathroom was large and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they even arranged my trip to Brioni and a transfer to Fazana. The hotel also offers a complimentary welcome drink and a transfer service, which was excellent. I had a fantastic experience with everything I needed and a perfect location.

The reception girl was extremely kind and provided useful information. The room was big with a comfortable double bed and sofa bed. Brilliant staff, clean and comfortable rooms. I had a wonderful experience at City Center Accommodation. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I even had some sleeping problems initially, but the staff went above and beyond to help me, and I ended up getting a better night's sleep. I highly recommend staying here.

The location of the hotel was not the most attractive, but I felt perfectly safe walking to and from the hotel, even after dark. However, this did not take away from the overall positive experience.

Outstanding staff, super helpful and beyond nice! They left a sweet message on the entrance door when we arrived late, making us feel welcome. The breakfast had all the basics to start the day. The location was perfect, walking distance to the city center and top sights. The bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was huge. Great value for money!

The options were limited and the quality was not up to par. We would have preferred to explore other local breakfast spots instead.
