The bathrooms are spacious and immaculate, and the staff is friendly and always helpful.

There is no kettle, tea, or coffee facility in the rooms upon arrival. However, the staff promptly provided these items upon request and even replenished them daily if needed.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The location was perfect, right in the city center and only 10 minutes walking distance from the Joker mall. The staff provided excellent service with amenities like dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and even an airport shuttle. The room was cozy and had all the necessary facilities including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The sitting area and in-room safe added a touch of luxury and convenience. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and comfortable sleep. The complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, and electric kettle were nice additions. Plus, the flat-screen TV with cable and the carpeted floor added to the overall comfort of our stay. The continental breakfast was delicious and the staff was accommodating to our needs. The high-speed Wi-Fi and 24-hour security were additional perks that made us feel safe and connected throughout our stay.
