The hotel was in a prime location with easy access to a large shopping center and the metro station DECC. The room was well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The breakfast buffet was varied and the staff were polite and helpful. The facilities - especially the pool and gym - were great extras to have during the stay.

The hotel staff did not handle a miscommunication well on the last day of my stay.

It's worth noting that the club lounge lacks proper food options, which may be disappointing for guests staying for a longer duration.

We had a great memorable experience at City Centre Rotana. The direct connection to the mall was so convenient and the view from our 18th floor room was amazing. The laundry and car parking services were top-notch. we highly recommend this hotel.

New building features fresh furniture. Friendly staff, especially in spa/gym and housekeeping. Club facilities excellent, with vegan options being the best in the region. Lovely restaurant and comfortable rooms with great views. Exceptional location.

Great customer service: The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. Convenient location: The hotel was centrally located, making it easy for us to explore the city and visit nearby attractions.- Spacious and clean room: The room was well-maintained, and the spaciousness allowed us to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

AC issues: We experienced problems with the air conditioning system, which took several attempts to fix. It was frustrating to have to wait for hours in a hot room.

From the moment we arrived, we felt taken care of by the staff. the service was impeccable. the Spa & Wellness Centre was a luxurious retreat after a day exploring the city. the massage was outstanding and left us feeling relaxed. the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight of our stay, with heated water and comfortable sun loungers. the hotel's prime location, connected to a shopping mall and 10, minute walk to Corniche, added to the convenience.

We noticed a minor issue with the in, room breakfast, as it was not as hot as we would have liked it. this did not detract from our overall positive experience, which exceeded our expectations.

We had a fantastic stay at Rotana in Doha. the location in the west bay was perfect for our business meetings, and we even received a free room upgrade. the business lounge was a great value add-on, with a delicious buffet breakfast and snacks throughout the day. the outdoor pool area was lovely, and the staff were attentive and friendly. the hotel itself had plenty of dining options, and we particularly enjoyed the restaurant for dinner. great value for the quality of the hotel.
