The housekeeper, Adrijana, was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and the location, while not in the city center, was close to a beautiful beach with crystal clear waters. Breakfast was included, albeit simple. Despite a stench in the bathroom, I would highly recommend this place for those who don't mind being outside the city center. I had a great experience at Villa Julian.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely accommodation in Zadar. The staff and owners were friendly and accommodating, providing us with a great dining recommendation. The breakfast, especially the homemade plum cake, was delicious. We appreciated the safe parking area for our car packed with our summer gear. The top floor room had stunning sunsets over the sea and was comfortable, modern, clean, and spacious. We also appreciated the convenience of free parking, reliable wifi, and daily cleaning.

The place was absolutely incredible! The location was perfect - not too busy, but still well connected. It was so peaceful and quiet, and the staff were amazingly helpful. The atmosphere was super relaxed and comfortable, with plenty of privacy and security. The rooms were spotless and the beds were so comfortable. The pool was stunning and the breakfast area was absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast was simple, but more than enough. The owner always made sure we were taken care of, and we even had the option to order pizza to our room for dinner. The room had a mini bar and a kettle for tea and coffee. There were also balconies to choose from. our stay was fantastic, except for the internet.

The location of the hotel was perfect as it was situated in a quiet area, yet still close enough to everything. It was easy to access the motorway and get into the city center. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. there was a lovely pool and nice grounds to enjoy.

The WiFi connection was patchy and inconsistent, which could be a problem for those who rely on it for work or other purposes.

The breakfast had a good variety of food, and the rooms were clean and modern. the hotel was located near many good restaurants and was a short drive away from the city center. One of the best aspects was the friendly and helpful staff who gave us recommendations on where to go and what to do in the area.

The Christmas decorations were minimal, and there was no Christmas spirit at the hotel. the location was also a bit far from the city center, making it difficult to fully enjoy the holiday festivities.
