The hotel's location is fantastic, situated near the bus stop to get into the Old Town, down to the sea, and just next to the beautiful bars along the beach promenade. It's incredibly convenient for exploring the city and enjoying the coastline. The staff at this hotel are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are well-maintained and even offer the option to relax on the balcony. Additionally, the breakfast provided is a great start to the day.

Small villa with clean, well-furnished rooms and lots of storage. Nice balcony in a good neighborhood, near bus stops and walking distance to beach. Very kind and helpful staff. Efficient fridge stocked with wine and water, plus a kettle and cutlery provided.

Great location, close to the beach and easy access to restaurants and bars. The room was clean and comfortable, with soft and cozy towels provided. The blankets were plentiful and allowed for personalized sleeping preferences. The host was friendly and communication, despite a slight language barrier, was not a problem. A medical box in the apartment was a thoughtful addition. The bottle of Croatian wine as a gift was a nice touch. I would recommend this place for a stay in Dubrovnik.

Super sweet hostess, excellent location, lots of nearby restaurants and entertainment, convenient bus access to old town, small fridge in room, provided water and local wine at check-in.

The location was great for exploring the city, as it was close to many attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful. Another plus was the festive Christmas decorations that added to the holiday spirit.

The room was not properly cleaned, and we found some dirty items left behind by previous guests. the heating system was very noisy and kept us up at night.
