We were very pleased with our choice of accommodation. The hotel was conveniently located near the city center and botanical gardens, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. Despite its central location, the hotel was tucked away from the noisy areas, ensuring a peaceful stay. The rooms were fresh, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The staff provided excellent service, with friendly and helpful attitudes. Additionally, the free laundromat with washing powder was a convenient bonus.

It was a bit stressful at the start due to the strict accommodation policy that only allowed for two people per room. It would have been more accommodating if there were options for extra beds or larger studios to accommodate families.

Amazing modern room with a mezzanine level and glass surrounding the bedroom. Fluffy robes, Sky TV, and plenty of tea and coffee options. Perfect location near beautiful botanic gardens and a short walk to downtown. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay.

our recent stay at aria on bank was absolutely incredible. we were blown away by the beautifully designed and spacious room, with a stunning garden view that made us feel right at home. the attention to detail was amazing, from the luxurious bath robes and slippers to the delicious welcome chocolates and fresh coffee. everything was perfect, including the fast internet and cozy heat pump. the friendly staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, allowing us a later checkout so we could take our time in the morning. the location was also fantastic, just a short drive away from the CBD. we cannot wait to come back for future trips to dunedin.

We recently stayed at a wonderful motel for our trip to Dunedin. Aria On Bank Motel was everything we could have asked for. the units were beautifully refurbished, private, and quiet. We were impressed with the attention to detail, from the quality of the tea and coffee to the complimentary toiletries. the location was perfect, with shops, botanical gardens, and the university all within easy reach. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the assigned car parks and the free laundry facility. We will definitely be staying here again!

Stayed at Aria On Bank for a couple of nights and it was perfect for our needs. The apartment was clean and well-appointed, with a separate lounge area and a newly refitted kitchen and bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring the Botanical Gardens and downtown Dunedin. The unit itself was incredibly spacious, with a comfortable bed, modern amenities, and even a heated electric blanket. a great experience.

Aria On Bank Motel exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. The room was modern, spacious, and exceptionally clean. The location was convenient, close to shops and beautiful gardens. The staff, especially Janelle at the front desk, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The only suggestion is to improve the breakfast selection by adding more variety.

The lady at the office was very lovely and I would definitely come back again. Additionally, it was quiet and only a 5-minute walk to the nearby botanical gardens. The complimentary chocolate and friendly staff were a sweet surprise during our city break. the location was ideal, close to both the beautiful gardens and main route into town. the spacious rooms and well-equipped kitchen made for a comfortable stay.

The outdoor surfaces were dangerously slippery after a frosty night and we had a bit of a trek into town. the hinge on the shower door made a loud cracking sound every time it was opened or closed, which was concerning.
