The hotel was excellently located, within walking distance to popular areas and attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and had a balcony with a great view. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering to keep our luggage and providing us with necessary converters. The price was reasonable, making it a great value hotel.

The check-in process was a bit slow, and the front desk closed early at night, making it inconvenient for late check-ins or check-outs. The bathroom was small with limited counter space, and we had occasional issues with hot water.

My stay at City Suites & Beach was fantastic. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a lovely little balcony overlooking the water and city. I really enjoyed the variety of channels available on the television, and the small desk provided a comfortable space for me to work on my laptop. The location was excellent, with everything I needed within walking distance. The staff, especially the night shift girl, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Great location close to the bridge and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Rooms are comfortable with a kitchenette, extra cleaning, and breakfast included. The hotel provides an airport shuttle.

We had a more than pleasant stay with great staff always at our service. The location was perfect, close to the city center with shops and restaurants just around the corner. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the comfort of our room with an ocean view was exceptional. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast provided was delicious.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city with shops, restaurants, and attractions just a short walk away. the rooms were incredibly clean and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities such as a king-size bed, iron board, and hair dryer. It made my stay comfortable and hassle-free.

One aspect that could have been improved was the friendliness of the staff. While they were not unfriendly, they could have been more welcoming and approachable.

Great value! I stayed over Thanksgiving and was pleasantly surprised by the two complementary drinks offered at check-in. the hotel had an excellent location near the downtown area, making it easy to explore the shops and restaurants!

The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, and it took a while for the water to warm up. I wish there had been more counter space in the bathroom.

This centrally located hotel is near everything, making it convenient for business travellers. The airport shuttle provided on the website is a great bonus. You can easily walk to a nearby cafe for a cup of tea in the morning. It's also not far from all business offices, making it ideal for those with meetings. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with friendly and helpful staff who speak multiple languages.

The breakfast could be improved to offer more variety and options.
