As young families, we loved the spacious and clean rooms with a nice balcony. The shower was really nice and the hotel facilities, including the swimming pool, were excellent. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and supermarket. The private beach was super beautiful and great for snorkeling. There were also plenty of restaurants, ATMs, and touristic information spots nearby. The resort had a beautiful atmosphere with tropical flowers and birds, and we even saw hummingbirds and parrots. The resort restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices. The housekeeping staff kept our room clean and tidy every day. it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

We had a great time staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, only a few minutes' walk to the beach and a supermarket. The hotel had great amenities, including a swimming pool and a lovely garden area. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the necessary facilities. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The view from the terrace was amazing, with colorful birds and fascinating iguanas to watch. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay very enjoyable.

The staff are very friendly. The apartment is nicely furnished and the kitchen well equipped. The wi-fi worked well and fast. Bed was comfortable. The safe in the room was big enough to hold a laptop. The pool area was nice. Parking was always available as there was a parking slot for each bungalow. The beach is beautiful and SO close. We saved lots of money by grabbing some groceries and eating breakfast on our big balcony every morning. We also made great use of the hotel pool, which is well-maintained with some shaded cabana beds. Staff was super friendly. We were able to put baby to bed at her usual time and then enjoy our meal and a glass of wine without worrying about waking her.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location near Jan Thiel beach was perfect, with a very nice beach just a short walk away. The service here was exceptional, from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel spoiled and taken care of. We even received a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The hotel had a wide range of amenities, including a spa & wellness center, swimming pool, and even a casino. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a mini-bar. We also loved the outdoor dining area and patio, where we could enjoy our meals in the beautiful garden area.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, service, and quality. We highly recommend it for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

The location of the resort is really close to a supermarket with great bread, making it convenient for guests to stock up on supplies. Additionally, it is away from the area, providing a quieter and more peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing vacation. The rooms are clean upon arrival and the living area is comfortable, providing a cozy space for guests to unwind.

The cleanliness of the resort could be improved, as some guests reported issues with ants and rodents.

We had a pleasant and wonderful stay at the resort surrounded by beautiful natural environment. The staff, especially Dayna at the front desk, was polite and helpful. The pool area was nice and big, and the hotel itself was beautiful. There were regular nighttime activities like live music and dancing classes. The location was really good, close to the beach and a grocery store.

The free parking and Wi-Fi usage were absolutely amazing! The food at the resort was top-notch and left me wanting more. The location was great as it was just a short distance from the beach. The room was spacious and clean upon arrival, and the A/C and internet worked flawlessly. Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool was refreshing and the small beach nearby was a bonus. a fantastic stay with great diving options at the on-site dive shop.
