This hotel was perfect as the main party square is a minute down the hill, the beach is a 10-15 minute walk, but it's literally just a straight line down the strip of nice restaurants. The location was excellent, very close to the center and the beach. The rooms were basic but clean, with modern furniture and spacious enough. The staff were nice and helpful, providing fast and easy check-in and check-out.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Ayia Napa and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was fantastic for the quality of the hotel. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea, and it even had a kitchenette for cooking and storing our own food. We also enjoyed the nice pool and the delicious food served at the hotel restaurant. The free wifi was a bonus too.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the location was excellent - very close to the town square but at the same time quiet and peaceful. We were able to explore the lively Ayia Napa easily, and the beach was just an 8-minute walk away.

The parking situation at this hotel needs some improvement. The parking area is quite small and narrow, making it difficult to find a spot.

For a young couple looking for a great value for money hotel near beautiful beaches, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spacious with two rooms, giving us plenty of space to relax and chill. The bathroom was nice and the balcony had two exits, providing a lovely view. We didn't even have time to visit the pool because of all the incredible beaches nearby. The location was convenient, close to the bus station and within walking distance of bars and restaurants. We also appreciated the lack of mosquitoes during our stay in late September. The apartment was clean and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Another positive aspect was the peaceful atmosphere, with no loud music at night and only minor disturbances during the day. this hotel provided excellent value for money and we highly recommend it.

the value for money was excellent. With affordable prices and fully renovated rooms, it was definitely worth every penny. The location was also a major plus. Situated on a quiet hill, it provided a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip. Additionally, the staff were attentive and provided great service, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the hotel had basic amenities and even included breakfast, which was a nice touch.

I had a fantastic stay at A Maos Hotel Apartments. The room I stayed in was recently renovated and very clean. The private bathroom and kitchen were great amenities. I especially loved the terrace, where I could enjoy some fresh air. The breakfast prepared by the amazing cook, Mario, was absolutely delicious. The staff and landlord were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay. They even provided me with recommendations on nearby restaurants and places to visit. I would highly recommend A Maos Hotel Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the reception girl. They quickly resolved an issue with the air conditioner in our room and even upgraded us to a better room with a pool and sea view. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and bus station, and about 15 minutes to the beach. The hotel was clean and had all the necessary amenities. We also enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and a bakery. it was excellent value for money.

The chef at the hotel prepared delicious breakfasts at a reasonable price. I also had the opportunity to make friends at the bar and the staff became like family.
