The spacious rooms were equipped with modern USB ports and a lovely indoor pool accompanied by a sauna and steam room. the gym was impressive with many options for workout variety. the breakfast had a great selection with honeycomb and Turkish bread as top picks. the location was perfect for those wanting a quiet retreat but still in close proximity to shops and restaurants.

The Concorde Hotel outshines all other 5* hotels in Lefkosa. The staff is friendly and dedicated, especially Mr. Ulaş and Mrs. Burcin at reception. The Rooftop Restaurant and spa staff are exceptional. Excellent room and spa facilities. Great variety of food at breakfast and in the restaurants.

We had an exceptional experience at the Concorde. From the moment we arrived, the staff were dedicated and friendly, especially Mr. Ulaş and Mrs. Burcin at the reception. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent facilities, including a beautiful spa, three great restaurants, and luxurious rooms with stunning views. The breakfast selection was impressive, offering a variety of delicious bread, cheese, and vegetables. it's clear that the Concorde Hotel stands out as the best option in Lefkosa due to its exceptional service and top-notch amenities.

We stayed here for a few days and had a luxurious experience. This hotel fulfilled our exclusive amenities needs, especially at the Spa & wellness centre, which was a highlight for us. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and full body massages were all really enjoyable. We also loved the rooftop pool and sun terrace, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. the restaurant and bar/lounge area had great menus and special diet options. the private facilities and location advantages were excellent too - overall, a really impressive venue.

While most of the staff were friendly and accommodating, some of them had difficulty speaking English and it was sometimes difficult to communicate.
