The air conditioning units are excessively loud during the night!!! The cleanliness standards could use significant improvement, with some rooms facing maintenance issues!!! Sunbeds should be available for all guests, not just those with deluxe rooms!!!

We enjoyed our sea-view room, with stunning sunsets every evening. The food varied and was generally tasty. The pool area was lovely and relaxing. Staff also made us feel special during our anniversary!

However, air conditioning in the hotel struggled to keep up with the heat, making some areas uncomfortable. Additionally, we found some of the food lacked creativity and became repetitive after a week. A bit more attention to detail would enhance the experience.

Housekeeping needs serious attention!!! Bathrooms weren't cleaned properly and toiletries often ran out!!! The air conditioning was ineffective, resorting to leaving doors open for relief!!! Reservations mishandled, adding unnecessary stress!!! More variety in entertainment is a must!!!

the hotel is located right on the beach and has super clean pools and plenty of sun loungers, which was great for lounging all day. the staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. the food was pretty decent, especially the fresh salads and desserts, always looked delicious. also, loved the peaceful vibe in the garden area which made it easy to relax and recharge. plus, the evening shows were fun, really kept the mood lively!

The staff were incredibly friendly, always ensuring guests were happy and attended to. The pool area was a perfect blend of relaxation and fun, making it a joy to unwind by the sea while enjoying various entertainment options.

However, there could be a bit more variety in vegan options at the buffet, and some evenings saw loud music that made it challenging to relax.

This place suits me perfectly! It has great wi-fi, a lovely snack bar, and fantastic spa services like massages. I remember my first visit when the staff helped me with my heavy baggage. The service is always exceptional! Highly recommend the Asian restaurant for a delightful meal. I'm coming back for another trip!
