I recently had a fantastic stay in this hotel located in the heart of the Old City. The location is absolutely perfect, tucked away on a quiet alley amidst the hustle and bustle of the historic area. It was a pleasant surprise to find myself just steps away from the Sunday Night market. Despite being so close to the crowds, the hotel was remarkably quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.

All was more than okay, I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The staff at the front desk could benefit from improving their English skills, as communication was sometimes challenging. Additionally, there was limited storage space in the room, with only a few shelves and coat hangers available for clothes storage.

I had a great stay in a nice area with a quiet location and a delicious breakfast included. The hotel is conveniently located near the Sunday night market, making it easy for me to explore and experience the local culture. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The pool was quite small and didn't receive much sun in the morning.

Nothing it was perfect.

The staff were helpful, friendly, and always smiling. The location was great with good parking options. The rooms were large and the bathrooms were great. The pool area was relaxing and the overall aesthetic of the property was fun.

Our city break hotel had a nice surprise with two complementary options available. the room was located in a quiet side street close to an excellent selection of restaurants and markets. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the extremely friendly and helpful staff that were present 24/7.

The room was too small for our liking and had insufficient storage space, causing some discomfort. the darkness of the room also created a somewhat depressing atmosphere.

The value for money was great, and the room was comfortable and quiet. The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel with a nice, clean, and well-located space. The modern, industrial-style rooms were impressive. It was so convenient to be just a stone's throw away from popular attractions like the Saturday Night market, Sunday Walking Streets, and Thapae Gate. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I particularly loved the delicious Pad Thai and fried rice they served for breakfast. Plus, the proximity to Blue Noodle and massage establishments was an added bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, cleanliness, and attentive staff.

the room at Thapae Loft was perfect for a date night - spacious, clean, and comfortable. The friendly staff arranged transportation and provided great recommendations for restaurants and sights in the walkable old town area. The use of bikes from the reception was a fun adventure. A fantastic experience in Chiang Mai.

The bathroom ventilation could be better.
