As a satisfied guest at Downtown Park, I can confidently say that my stay was exceptional. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with a welcome package that surpassed my expectations. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches like adapters in every socket. The pool area was simply amazing, and the location was convenient, with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. I highly recommend staying at this special and luxurious hotel.

The hotel is in a perfect location, right by the sea and within easy reach of everything in Paphos. The rooms are modern and well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff goes above and beyond to assist with any lodging needs around the island and are always happy to help. The pool and gym facilities are great additions, and the beach is just a short walk away.

The hotel does not offer on-site breakfast options at the moment.

Stylish digs with luxury accommodation. Advantageous location near the beach and archeological park. Excellent service and helpful staff. Well-stocked mini bar and fresh fruit. New and well-maintained apartment building. Gorgeous infinity pool. Convenient amenities like kitchen and washing machine. Amazing terrace with direct pool access.

our family holiday in paphos was incredible, but our stay at downtown park surpassed all expectations. from the spotlessly clean apartment to the fully equipped kitchen, everything was perfect. the friendly and attentive staff, like alexey who helped with everything, made our stay extra special.

Wifi connection was weak.

This hotel is perfectly located near the city center, making it convenient to explore all the attractions. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The bathroom has a large shower and plenty of storage space. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent recommendations for restaurants and assisting with reservations. The pool area is fabulous, with comfortable loungers and umbrellas. the hotel offers a luxurious and enjoyable experience.

Some guests have mentioned a small issue with limited coffee pods in the room, but this is a minor inconvenience that can be easily resolved.
