Our room at Ivi Mare had a stunning sea view, which even allowed us to enjoy the moonlight. the bed was comfortable, and the temperature control in the room and showers were perfect. We felt welcomed with a fruit plate and sparkling wine. the spa treatments were also a highlight of our stay. the pool was spacious and quiet, perfect for adults seeking relaxation. the pool bar area was great, and we appreciated the variety of drinks available. the modern and clean rooms had everything we needed, including a Nespresso machine. We even received complimentary 15 minutes of Spa treatment as a welcome gift. the buffet offered a variety of cuisines, and we particularly enjoyed the Mexican and Italian nights. the hotel staff were polite and kind, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. we highly recommend this hotel.

The staff are friendly and accommodating, making sure guests feel welcome. The breakfast spread is satisfying, offering a variety of options to start the day. the hotel provides great facilities and advantages, including a pool with comfortable pool beds and a relaxing spa.

There were some minor maintenance issues that need improvement, such as the dodgy lift and occasional average food quality at the five-star hotel.

The room and hotel were newly renovated, so everything was fresh and clean. We were welcomed with a refreshing cucumber and rosewater infused water and a towel to freshen up. Our sea view room was spacious and had a beachy vibe. The breakfast was delicious and served a variety of options. Free parking was available, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The pool was large and well-maintained, with free towels and sunbeds provided. The poolside bar had amazing drinks and snacks/lunch options. The hotel had three restaurants, and we enjoyed the tasty and affordable meals at Akakiko and Meze by Elliniko. We had a wonderful time and would definitely seek out Louis hotel branches in the future.

The hotel did not have direct access to the beach, but we found alternative ways to reach the nearby beach. It would have been helpful if the hotel provided more information to guests, such as details about all-inclusive entitlements and local attractions.

This hotel provided exclusive amenities that made me feel pampered and indulged. the Spa & wellness centre features a range of facilities that catered to my relaxation needs. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were just what I needed to unwind. the swimming pool and Jacuzzi were both spacious and clean. the convenient beach access was a plus. I was impressed by the live entertainment and massage services. the ambiance of the spa lounge, steam room, and plunge pool was calming. the garden area added a sense of beauty to the venue.

The only minor issue I faced was the lack of variety in the special diet menus. Despite this, the restaurant was excellent, and the buffet breakfast was a treat.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beach with stunning views. The rooms were spacious and elegant, and everything was kept spotlessly clean. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic spa shower. The large pool was perfect for relaxing, and the location, although a bit outside the center, was easily accessible by bus. it was a pampering and relaxing holiday experience.

We had a remarkable retreat. the fruit basket and wine were a great welcome, and the Nespresso machine in the room was a perfect touch. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered a free 15-minute Spa treatment that we enjoyed. the location was perfect for walks on the seafront, and the hotel's outdoor pool bed areas were impressive.

The noise in the mornings was a bit annoying, and the replacement of bathroom towels could have been better. the coffee at breakfast could have been better, and the bathroom cleanliness could have been improved.
