We had a wonderful stay in this hotel in the heart of the charming Market Town. The central location allowed us to easily explore the quaint high street with its lovely shops and tea rooms. The hotel itself is full of character, with a beautiful entrance area and a historic building featuring oak beams and low ceilings. The room we stayed in was quite spacious, with comfortable beds and a nice separate toilet cubicle. The highlight for us was the excellent food, from the delicious lunch and dinner to a superb breakfast with plenty of choices. The staff were friendly and attentive, offering great service. We also enjoyed the terrace and garden furniture, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The limited parking on Saturdays until 5pm, which meant we had to use a car park up the road. However, this minor inconvenience did not detract from the overall enjoyable experience.

The location couldn't have been better, with all sorts of shopping right on the doorstep. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and my room was well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast in the adjoining tea room was delicious, with a fabulous and varied choice. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Everything was fantastic.

The location was perfect, with a lovely cafe called Mollys attached, serving delicious coffee and breakfast with generous portions. The hotel itself was beautiful and full of character, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home right from check-in. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, with cosy beds and tasteful decor that suited the historic building. The hotel facilities were also great, with little touches like added toiletries and a nespresso machine that made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a perfect eggs royale that set me up for the day.
