The location was mind-blowingly good, right near the main shopping street with tons of jaw-dropping restaurants around. The staff were super smiley and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The room was incredibly comfortable, providing a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. The reception staff went above and beyond to organize everything we needed. The spa offered reasonably priced treatments, and my massage was extremely enjoyable. The top-floor restaurant served an amazing meal, accompanied by excellent service from Mustafa and his colleagues. The hotel itself had a lovely and relaxed atmosphere throughout. Will definitely visit again!

Great view, comfy rooms, amazing lighting options, excellent bathtub and shower. Close to tourist spots, restaurants, groceries, and clothing shops within walking distance. Varied breakfast choices, good kebab restaurant with vegetarian option missing. Polite staff. Exciting and popular casino. Middle location, needing taxis to historical places. a nice hotel with everything you need.

The smoking in the casino was too much for me to handle.

My recent stay at Merit Lefkosa Hotel & Casino was amazing. The room was comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful and efficient. The food at the Sultan Restaurant and Ottoman Kebab was mouth-watering. The gym and spa were a big plus for me. The location was great, within walking distance to the city center. I had a wonderful experience.

Some of the staff didn't speak English well, but they quickly got someone who did to assist me.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. The exclusive amenities such as the spa and wellness centre with sauna and indoor swimming pool made our visit unforgettable. The sun loungers and garden area by the outdoor swimming pool were perfect for relaxing. The hotel's location advantages were great too, within walking distance to the city centre and its attractions. The restaurant offered special diet menus and fantastic in-room breakfast options.

The rooftop pool was not available during our stay, which was a minor disappointment. However, the hotel had an exceptional leisure/TV room and bar/lounge area with excellent live entertainment.

The value for money at this hotel is great! The room was spacious and clean, and we even got a free upgrade. The location was convenient, and the staff treated us with utmost politeness and kindness throughout our stay.

Had a great Christmas experience at this hotel. The decoration was lovely and made my stay feel very festive. The breakfast spread was one of the best I had ever seen, with a variety of options to choose from. The location was also perfect, just a short walk to the main shopping area and other key attractions. Another highlight was the spa which had amazing facilities and the staff was very hospitable.

I really couldn't find anything I didn't like. The only thing I would say is that the check-in process could have been a bit smoother, but overall, the staff was efficient and friendly throughout my stay.
