The staff at Napa Plaza Hotel were absolutely lovely and very kind. They were also very efficient and speedy at the bar, bringing food to the pool. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and the yogurt was excellent. The hotel had AC in the rooms and the poolside was peaceful.

The hotel is ideally located in the centre of town, close to the beach area and just a short walk from the main strip in Ayia Napa. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and very clean. The staff is friendly and efficient, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with plenty of choices at the pool bar. The facilities, such as the jacuzzi and pool area, were well-maintained and inviting.

The rooms could be better soundproofed, as we were occasionally disturbed by noise from neighboring guests.

The highlight of my stay was dining at the hotel's restaurant, "Sale e Pepe." The food was absolutely exquisite, with incredible flavor combinations that left me wanting more. It's a dining experience I won't soon forget. The inside terrace and pool were even more stunning in person than in the pictures, and the entire hotel had a clean and well-maintained atmosphere. I also took advantage of the "dine around" package, which allowed me to sample the four restaurants connected to the hotel along with the buffet. It was a culinary adventure I thoroughly enjoyed. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like an outdated room and noise from neighboring guests, the hotel staff promptly addressed the issues and ensured my comfort. I highly recommend Napa Plaza as a peaceful haven in the midst of the party scene.
