We had a fantastic stay at Petit Palais Platres Boutique Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. They even drew us a map to help us find a local attraction. The hotel itself was modern and comfortable, with a great shower and plenty of hot water. The breakfast buffet was incredible, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Despite some minor issues with towels and glass replacements, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of chocolate cups with the next day's weather forecast. Although there were a few drawbacks like the small room size and extra charges for water, we would still highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations. our stay was remarkable and we would definitely stay here again.

petit palais platres boutique exceeded my expectations with their attention to detail, clean rooms, and friendly staff. i loved the freebies and mini cake bites in the room, and the breathtaking sunrise from the balcony. the breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of choices and personalized egg orders.

As someone who wants to be in direct touch with nature, I loved the beautiful view from our room and the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel provided small luxury touches like mini bar treats and weather forecasts. The sauna and steam room added to the relaxation, and the breakfast had many options to choose from.

Felt completely relaxed, nothing to complain about.

The hotel staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The view from our room was stunning and worth the trip. The breakfast had great variety and even included avocados. The location was ideal for visiting the Kaledonia waterfall.

Can't fault anything about it.
