The hotel was flexible with late checkout, upgraded our room, and accommodated our requests. The staff at reception, concierge, and guest relations were helpful. The hotel was very clean, modern, and well-furnished. The room had a lovely decor and sea view. The included meals had lots of choice and the food was superb. The waiters were attentive and provided drinks. It was a great value for money. The premium rooms were high-tech and comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of options and the food was excellent. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. The pool area was well-maintained and had easy access to the sea. The staff offered exceptional service, including returning a lost wallet and jacket promptly. The hotel is highly recommended and we will be returning.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms and facilities being well-maintained. The hotel's location, close to the picturesque harbor and in a central area near the sea, made it convenient for us to explore the city. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to assist us and always greeting us with a smile.

Hard to think of anything.

The location of the hotel was great, situated in a convenient area. The size of the hotel was just perfect, not too big like some chain hotels. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the restaurant waiters who were very attentive. The rooms were comfortable and well-insulated, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The automatic curtains and motion-activated light under the bed were a nice touch.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. some of the dining room staff seemed inexperienced and lacked fluency in English.

We love this hotel. We always come for a couple of days when we visit Northern Cyprus and we stay at Rocks. The staff are always friendly and attentive. Room superb - on arrival we were upgraded to a suite which was lovely. Pool and beach access area is beautiful and the pool and bar staff superb. Breakfast has a fantastically wide choice of food catering for everyone's needs. Looking forward to next year already!

Almost perfect.

The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. I especially loved the seafood options, they were so fresh and flavorful. Another thing I liked about my experience was the comfortable beds. I had a great night's sleep every night and woke up feeling refreshed. the location of the hotel was also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and beautiful views of the surrounding area.

There were a few things that I didn't really enjoy during my stay. the staff at the hotel were not very friendly or attentive.
