The stunning beachfront location allows for easy access to the ocean and breathtaking views. The swimming pools are situated right in front of the sea, offering a unique setting for relaxation. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a variety of options to suit different tastes. The hotel staff is friendly, attentive, and provides excellent service.

The beach can become crowded during peak season, which may limit the space available for guests to enjoy the beachfront area.

The lobby opens out to the hub of this hotel, its lagoon-style pools surrounded by posh day beds. Italian and Pan-Asian restaurants feature large terraces for delicious meals. The Island Bar has a warm atmosphere. The hotel is close to the beach and main street. Breakfast offers a variety. The lounge area has a second TV and convertible beds.

Oh, and I just loved how the staff greeted me with a sarcastic tone every time. So charming.

We were greeted with a refreshing glass of orange juice upon arrival at Sunrise Pearl. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, even showing us how everything in our room worked. The hotel stood out for its exceptional service when my father fell ill during our stay. The duty manager and first aider on duty provided reassurance and promptly arranged for a doctor and ambulance. The hotel's understanding and assistance during our hospital visits were greatly appreciated. Despite the weather not being ideal, the hotel made up for it with its outstanding food. The dining options were varied, and we particularly enjoyed the Italian and Chinese restaurants. The hotel also impressed us with its thoughtful gesture of giving my mother a bottle of bubbly for her 60th birthday. Checking out was smooth, except for a minor billing error, which was quickly rectified. we had an enjoyable holiday at Sunrise Pearl and would recommend it.

Beautiful location on the beach with crystal clear water perfect for swimming. easy access to a variety of bars and restaurants within walking distance. the room was clean and spacious, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the pool area was well-maintained.

The advertised Thanksgiving dinner was expensive and not worth the price. the food was below average, and we had to pay extra for drinks and desserts.

The staff and service were stupendous, always kind and friendly. The breakfast was consistently delicious with lots of variety. The swimming pool was clean and the loungers were comfy. The spa treatments were lovely.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise that offered exclusive amenities and fulfilled all my needs. the service provided was exceptional and staff went above and beyond to please, especially the Spa & wellness centre team. the indoor swimming pool, the sauna and the Jacuzzi were great for relaxation. the outdoor swimming pool had beach access and beach umbrellas nearby. live entertainment was offered at night.

Although there were many great qualities about this hotel, my only minor issue was with the continental breakfast. It was not as impressive as the buffet breakfast which had various options to choose from.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Agilos, were incredibly friendly and always available to assist us. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary wine, fruit, and snacks in our room, as well as a minibar. The children's animation was enjoyable for our kids. The highlight was the fantastic shower in our room. Sunrise Pearl Hotel & Spa exceeded our expectations in every way.
