The hotel's location is fantastic; it is in close proximity to a popular tourist area and situated right across a metro station. The city centre and other attractions are also reachable by subway or on foot. The rooms are spotless, and the staff is friendly, supportive, and can speak good English. The breakfast buffet is decent, and Starbucks and McDonald's are conveniently located in the same building. Additionally, the rooftop pool area offers a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

That the shower door was leaky and caused some flooding in the bathroom.

They were always available to assist with any requests or inquiries I had. the room was comfortable and well-appointed, providing me with a relaxing space to rest and work during my stay. The amenities offered by the hotel, such as the on-site restaurant and fitness center, were also a great advantage.

One aspect that I disliked was the noise level in the hotel. There was some construction work going on during my stay, and the noise from it was quite disruptive, making it difficult to focus and causing a disturbance in my sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right outside the metro station in the Main Street. The staff were incredibly helpful and always available, especially Perk' at the reception desk who helped us out a lot. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable with all the amenities we needed.

My recent stay at Ramada Plaza in Istanbul was absolutely delightful. We stayed for a week and were impressed by various aspects of the hotel. the room was spacious with a separate sitting area and couch, making it very comfortable. The cleanliness and modern decor added to the overall appeal. The front desk staff, particularly Mr. Burak and Mr. Burak 2, were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. They went out of their way to assist us during our stay. As a Choice Hotel member, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a plate of fruits as a special gesture. The lobby and breakfast area were clean and well-maintained. The kitchen staff ensured that there was an abundance of delicious breakfast options for everyone. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a weekend break and was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The exclusive amenities provided were luxurious and fulfilled all my needs. The Spa & wellness centre boasted an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and turkish bath, while the rooftop pool provided a relaxing sun terrace. The massage services were excellent and the on-site restaurant offered a delicious buffet breakfast. The staff was professional and attentive.

Though the hotel is comfortable and meets high standards, there was a minor issue with the Jacuzzi not being operational during my stay. Despite this one setback, the hotel went above and beyond to make my stay a memorable one.
