The highlight for me was definitely the clean and inviting swimming pool, where I spent many relaxing hours. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, with special mentions to Cem, Kashif, Hüseyin, and Umit who made my stay complete. The room was spacious and cleaned diligently every day, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, with well-kept rooms and a sparkling swimming pool. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a spacious parking area and a fantastic breakfast spread. However, the best part of my stay was undeniably the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay with a beautiful garden setting and chalet type rooms, I highly recommend this venue. The location on the outskirts of the city is perfect for those who want to enjoy quiet surroundings and breathe fresh mountain air. The service room is also excellent, including facilities such as dry cleaning, limousine service, airport shuttle, and 24-hour room service. Moreover, the amenities available in the room, such as mini-bar, flat-screen tv, and sitting area.

Although staff were constantly pulled off to help out on the Foyer Bar leaving the guests without service, the exceptional service by the staff who were available was a great relief. Besides, the leisure amenities such as swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna are perfect for relaxation.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the complementary festive decorations and mini puddings left in our room. the pool and surrounding mountain views were a highlight, as was the easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. the free shuttle bus was convenient for getting around.

some of the front of house staff were unfriendly and uninterested in assisting guests. the breakfast buffet was inedible with overly sugary orange juice.

The hotel's location was ideal, as it was near the harbour and close to the main sightseeing points in the northern part of the island. It was also conveniently located very close to Kyrenia city centre. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with comfortable beds. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good variety of food options.
