We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded us to a two-bedroom apartment with a great view to avoid the construction noise next door. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. The location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk from the BTS station, and there was a local market right across the street where we enjoyed delicious and affordable local food. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Bangkok. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and friendly staff.

The location is incredibly convenient, being right next to the BTS train station. This makes it easy to travel to downtown areas like Siam station. The room was spacious and clean, with a large balcony perfect for drying clothes. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The restaurant staff even went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary restrictions, ensuring my meals were gluten-free.

The noise from the nearby school in the morning was a bit disruptive.

We had an amazing stay at this place. The location in a pretty cool little area, next to the BTS station, made it so convenient to explore the city. The staff, from the door man to the desk staff to the management, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The service, room amenities, and facilities provided enhanced our comfort and made our stay even better. The rooms were spacious and clean, with everything we needed, from the kitchen to the ironing facilities. Free Wi-Fi in the rooms, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of our stay. The swimming pool and sauna were also great features, allowing us to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

We had a wonderful stay at Viva Garden Serviced Residence. The facilities, such as the sauna and pool, were excellent. Despite the nearby construction, the management did a great job of minimizing any disturbances. Breakfast was satisfying, and the location was convenient if you're familiar with public transportation. The staff at the reception were welcoming and took measures to ensure our safety by checking body temperatures and providing hand sanitizer. The clean and spacious room added to our comfort, and the swimming pool and garden were delightful and peaceful. The Aroma oil massage was incredibly relaxing, thanks to the professional therapist. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Bangkok.

The only slight negative was the hotel's remote location, but the skytrain right outside the hotel made it easy to get around. We had to rely on taxis late at night when the skytrain stopped running, but negotiating a good price made it manageable.

The complementary coffee and tea in the lobby were a nice touch, and the staff was friendly. the hotel is located close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the area. Plus, the pool was quite relaxing.

The noise was unbearable - construction outside and traffic noise kept me up all night. the room also had a weird layout, and the bathroom was too small for my liking.
