The lady at check-in and check-out was hardworking, handling multiple tasks and even cleaning rooms. We were allowed early access to our room and the breakfast was good. The location is great, close to the bus station, metro, and lots of restaurants and supermarkets. Our room was quiet and peaceful, with a comfortable bed and a good Wi-Fi connection. The room was spacious and warm, and the bathroom was also nice.
