I had an amazing stay at this hotel. the location is absolutely stunning. Situated on a hill, it offers breathtaking views of the surrounding town and tea plantations. Secondly, the staff and owner were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay, even helping me with my travel arrangements. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had all the basic facilities I needed, including a TV and a comfortable bed. The breakfast provided was also delicious and satisfying.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was great and I couldn't find any faults.

Located at the top of a hill in the town center, this hotel offers a unique and close-to-nature experience. The beautiful views of the hills in the distance and stunning sunsets from the property are worth mentioning. The genial owner and helpful housekeeper provide excellent service, even accompanying guests to the bus stop. The comfortable bed ensures a good night's sleep.

The shower in the bathroom has some issues, making it difficult to get warm water consistently.

The colorful and peaceful garden was a highlight of the stay. the tea served was reasonably priced and delightful. the staff was easy to reach and very responsive to our questions. the location was convenient, and we appreciated being close to town while still being surrounded by nature.

The wifi signal was poor and unstable, and the TV didn't work due to no signal. We found it challenging to adjust the water temperature in the shower, as it was either too hot or too cold.

Beautiful property, clean and well-maintained garden, homely atmosphere close to nature, comfortable stay, reasonable tea rates, easily reachable owner.
