Located in a valley, this hotel is right in the heart of the city. Everything is just a short walk away, from shops to my workplace. The complementary Irish pub is a savory delight with delicious tortillas and local beers. The rooms are clean and comfortable, giving a holiday vibe even on a business trip. The bathroom is spacious and well-maintained. The staff is supportive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. And let's not forget the fantastic breakfast that energizes you for the day ahead.

One downside is the lack of English language stations on the TV.

The hotel had a good breakfast with various options to choose from. The location was convenient, as it was close to good restaurants and other facilities. The personnel were friendly and approachable, making our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

The noise level of the hotel was quite high, especially since it was located near a main street crossing. Having an open window at night was not an option due to the noise. Additionally, some amenities in our room were not functional, such as one of the table lamps. The lack of slippers or bathrobes added to the inconvenience, as well as having only one set of towels for a room booked for two people.
