During our stay, we had a minor issue with the card payment-terminal, but the front desk quickly resolved it by providing a second POS device that worked perfectly.

I recently stayed at the Danubius Hotel in Gyor for a few days and I was extremely satisfied with my experience. The hotel is situated in the city center, right across from the City Hall, making it very convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. The staff were very kind and helpful, and I was delighted to find that I could easily pay by card. The room I stayed in was basic, but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. One feature that stood out to me was the full-sized bathtub in the bathroom, which is a rare find in many hotels nowadays. The hotel also offers parking options, both for overnight stays and with convenient parking meters for the daytime. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options and great coffee - a perfect way to start the day!

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, as it was right in front of the town hall and on a pedestrian street. It was also pretty close to the historic center and the city centre, making it convenient for business guests. The room was clean and comfortable, with a decent size and nice amenities. The breakfast provided was good, with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

There was a minor inconvenience with the room cleaning system, as they only provided an "Eco clean" by default, which did not include replenishing tea bags and clean tea cups.

During the Christmas season, I had a fabulous tourist experience at a hotel located in the centre of a charming town in Hungary. the location of the hotel was a plus, as it was situated close to the famous walking street and many cultural attractions, and thus, I could easily explore the beauty of the town.

The hotel room was not entirely perfect. the TV also needed to have more channels, which would have been perfect for me to unwind and watch some favourite shows during my leisure time.
