The value for money at Anna Hotel was excellent and the room was comfortable and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the main tourist centers but still quiet and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with accurate directions and information about the city.

The breakfast experience could have been better if all the dishes were refilled promptly, such as the poached eggs and pancakes or crepes.

the hotel, located just a 5-minute walk from the metro station, was clean, quiet, and nicely designed. the staff were very kind and the service was good. the breakfast buffet was big and offered fresh bread, butter, and delicious honey. the room was comfortable and had a fan, which came in handy in the hot weather. the hotel also had a luggage room for convenient storage. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague but preferring a quieter location.

The hotel's location is perfect, as it is within easy walking distance of most major sights, and it is also conveniently situated near the green metro line and a tram stop. The staff at this hotel are friendly, helpful, and provide excellent service. The basic amenities and rooms with modern en suite bathrooms ensure a comfortable stay. I particularly loved the buffet style continental breakfast served until 10am in the Winter Garden conservatory at the back. The breakfast included a variety of hot and cold items, including delicious pork dishes. The rooms were clean and spacious, with very clean and big bathrooms.

Everything was perfect, nothing to improve.

Great airport transfer service and kind reception staff. the location was fantastic, really close to a tram stop, which made exploring the city easy. enjoyed the breakfast, which was served for a long time and allowed for a relaxed start to the day.

My arrival experience was not good. Despite letting them know that I would arrive after 11 pm, the hotel was closed and I was left outside with no instructions on how to access the building.
