The location was perfect, within walking distance to the main tourist centers but still quiet and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with accurate directions and information about the city.

The staff at this hotel are friendly, helpful, and provide excellent service. The basic amenities and rooms with modern en suite bathrooms ensure a comfortable stay. I particularly loved the buffet style continental breakfast served until 10am in the Winter Garden conservatory at the back. The breakfast included a variety of hot and cold items, including delicious pork dishes. The rooms were clean and spacious, with very clean and big bathrooms.

My arrival experience was not good. Despite letting them know that I would arrive after 11 pm, the hotel was closed and I was left outside with no instructions on how to access the building.
