I recently stayed at Arkada in Bucovice for one night. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for a short stay. The hotel's location is surrounded by clean parks, which was great for walking my dogs. The hotel itself has a regal and majestic appearance, both inside and out. The restaurant offered a delicious menu with fast service. The staff, from the receptionists to the room cleaners, were all exceptional. I give this hotel a 10-star rating.

Despite the shortcomings, my Xmas stay was somehow enjoyable. the room was big with clean and functional amenities. It was also in a great location with enough parking space provided. the breakfast served was great and very sufficient.

The hotel could benefit from a few improvements. There was no possibility of having a meal if you came in after 8 pm.
