During my Christmas stay, I really liked the comfortable beds and the friendly and helpful staff. The beds were so comfy that I had the best sleep I've had in Bali. The staff went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable and were always there when I needed assistance. Another thing I appreciated was the clean and well-maintained pool area, with plenty of day beds to relax on. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun. the hotel's location in a quieter area of Legian was a bonus, as it was close to the beach and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and amenities.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the noise from the bar across the road was quite loud, especially in the evenings.

We had a great stay at Zest! the location is amazing, just one street back from the beach and surrounded by plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops. the pool area on the roof was lovely and provided a relaxing spot to unwind. the hotel itself is new and modern, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. it was the perfect place to stay if you just need somewhere to sleep. We will definitely be back!

They provided us with extra towels and pillows within 15 minutes of our request. the breakfast was delicious, and our kids particularly loved the pancakes and pineapple jam on toast. We also appreciated being able to pre-order breakfast for early mornings. the rooftop pool was a highlight, with a lovely atmosphere and great service for food and drinks. it was amazing value for money and we enjoyed the amazing food options.

Great location close to everything in Legian. Zest exceeded my expectations during our early morning flight.

It's a great spot for those on a budget who want to be close to the action with shopping and restaurants just down the street.

The noise from the street and surrounding bars can be heard into the night. Some of the hotel policies were a bit confusing and felt like they were nickel and diming guests, such as the limited options for breakfast and strict penalties for certain stains on towels and sheets.

I recently stayed at Zest in Legian for a week-long vacation. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. The breakfast, although limited, was a great value and convenient. The rooftop pool had a fantastic ambiance and offered stunning views. But what impressed me the most was the consistent and reliable WiFi. Unlike other places I've stayed in Bali and Lombok, the WiFi at Zest was fast and reliable both in the rooms and in the restaurant/bar area. The staff, especially Grace at reception, went above and beyond to assist us during a tricky situation with our credit card. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Zest provided amazing value for money and made our stay memorable.
