We had a very pleasant stay at Arte. the hotel is conveniently located close to Villa Tugendhat and within walking distance to the city center. the room was spacious for three people and had an extra toilet and a nice bathroom. the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was fresh and abundant. Despite facing the street, our room was calm. the hotel also offers free parking and Wi-Fi. it was a great value for the price we paid.

During my Xmas stay, I really appreciated the free parking available just outside the building, which made it easy for me to come and go. the location was ideal, only a short walk away from the lovely old town with its festive lights and decorations. the clean and spacious room was a real plus, providing ample room for my family and I to spread out and relax.

This really detracted from our experience and was a significant disappointment, especially during the busy holiday season.
