The hotel provided a different cultural experience every day, with almsgiving, market visits, and cooking classes. The staff went out of their way to make these experiences comfortable, educational, and enriching. The food in the restaurant was excellent, especially the fresh and exquisitely prepared lunch we had on arrival. The balcony room offered a wonderful view of the river and the traditional decor added to the charm of our stay.

I had the most incredible experience at Burasari Heritage. The staff, especially Lan, Zack, and Year, went above and beyond to make our celebration unforgettable. They even arranged a surprise cake for our friend's birthday. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service from the management and staff was exceptional. We had an amazing Thanksgiving experience at this hotel! The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel like royalty. The decor and facilities were a beautiful blend of traditional and modern. The restaurant served delicious food and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the main street and temples. We loved the complimentary experiences offered, like the sunset river cruise and cooking class, which added to our memorable stay.

While the AC in our room worked well, it took a little while to cool down the room as the key card had to be used to activate it. , the door handles from the outside were a bit awkward to use, but it didn't ruin our stay.
